US stock futures lower ahead of bell
US futures point to losses upon opening bell on Wall Street as investors look towards earnings for support. The S&P future is off the most, showing a loss of 0.33% with the NASDAQ and DOW following behind at 0.18% and 0.13% lower.
Investors are looking forward to strong first quarter earnings reports today to buoy markets amid further Greece debt concerns which has plagued European shares this morning. Companies to report in later hours include Ford, 3M, UPS, Dupont, and Office Depot just to name a few. Moreover, investors are looking ahead at the Case/Shiller home price index for February and consumer confidence index for April to be released in the coming hours.
